Tuesday: Ground beef and macaroni
Wednesday: Beef stew
Thursday: Tacos
Friday: Chicken alfredo pasta
Saturday: Swiss steak, veggies

  3. @Amanda - yes, we generally stick to the meal plan. Sometimes I will switch days if another meal sounds better, though.

    @Amy - we eat leftovers all the time. Sean and I both take our lunches every day, so after dinner I usually make lunch portions in tupperware to grab easily as we walk out the door in the morning.
